What is the Membership Participation Program?

Each year, a good portion of the operating budget is spent on services and materials related to opening the pool. In an effort to help the pool defray some of these costs the Membership Participation Program (MPP) was successfully introduced for the 2009 season. The MPP gives the members the opportunity to assist in getting their pool ready for Memorial day weekend by performing such tasks as (cleaning, raking, landscaping, painting etc.)

Members who assist with these tasks on the assigned days will receive a $50 MPP refund of their dues sometime by the end of June. To be eligible for the MPP refund a member must have someone from their family (minimum age 15 years old) work one of the four hours shifts from 9am to 1pm on one of three assigned days noted below that will be posted after (date)

When are the Membership Participation Days?

We will have our “Membership Participation Days” for opening the pool from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on the following dates:

You will be required to “Check-In” in order for us to record your MPP hours. The person who comes to participate should be at least 15 years of age.  Feel free to bring along several family members, there is plenty to do (although only one refund applies per family)!

Signups online are required in order to participate in the MPP days. This allows us to accurately plan the tasks that need to be completed. Shifts may NOT be split among two different days.  Also, please let us know if you can bring any tools/supplies, such as rakes, hedge trimmers with extension cords, garden hoses (for power washers) and power washers.
